Rain-ed, so we went gym.
Did the backbone thingy.
Hmm, that machine doesn't train the backbone, but it trains the lower part of the muscles, somewhere near the spinal cord.
Hoho, I like that machine.

Then, went treadmill to run.
Hurhur, Sab went first.
She kept wanting to add the speed aye.
Then, she got tired, and we switched.
Hoho, I ran at a slower pace, but I ran longer.

I've got better stamina, but my speed still sucks ahh. ;B
