步步惊心

Happy Chinese New Year, everyone! :)

So, I've been really crazy over a Chinese drama lately.
This is really surprising LOL.
It's even about Chinese History.

Anyway, it's called 步步惊心, Scarlet Heart.
The show is very nice.
And touching too!
Especially the last episode, which i cried like ...
but really, it's heartwrenching.
the show coincides with the Qing Dynasty, in the reign of 康熙 .
it is the story of a girl, who had an accident and travels back in time to the Qing Dynasty.
There, she first falls in love with 八阿哥 and then 四阿哥, whom ends up as the eventual king.
yup.
towards the end, the story gets sadder.
aigoo.
can cry. serious.
the thing about these shows, i love them, but i hate them too, because eventually, everyone dies.

sigh.
oh yeah, the soundtrack has some nice songs.
